Brad has served both domestic and foreign clientele including: private investors, developers, REITs, pension fund advisors and life insurance companies. While Brad’s experience spans a broad spectrum of property types, he is particularly skilled at the promotion and disposition of multifamily investment properties, vacant land and manufactured housing communities.

Strong Technical Background

Prior to entering the investment sales arena, Brad spent 11 years in the commercial appraisal and consulting industry where he earned the coveted MAI designation. Specializing in the valuation and analysis of a wide range of investment properties and highly complex land development projects, Brad developed keen technical skills and an attention to detail that enable him to provide superior service to his real estate brokerage clients today.
